TAX Registration Certificate

To request for a hard copy of the Tax Registration Certificate, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to [email protected] Please ensure that:
– The sender is the Authorized Signatory
– The TRN is stated in the email

2. If correct details are provided and the request is therefore successful, the FTA will respond to you and provide you with a Request Number.

3. A payment of AED 500 should be made on the FTA portal (https://eservices.tax.gov.ae, under My Payments-Miscellaneous Payments).The Request Number (obtained in step 2) should be entered into the payment form. Payment can be made using an E-Dirham card or a credit card (Visa/MasterCard).

4. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a Payment Reference Number which should be provided to the FTA using the email address mentioned above.

5. The FTA will then print the Tax Registration Certificate and deliver it to the address stated in the Tax Registration Application.

Tax Dispute Resolution Committee
If you wish to object to a decision made following a decision by the FTA on your reconsideration application, please file a case with the Tax Dispute Resolution Committee in Arabic including all supporting documentation. Please refer to the guide on Objections and read the relevant articles in the Federal Law No 7 of 2017 on Tax Procedures, prior to filing a case. All such submissions need to be made to the following addresses:
